Course Description
Improve skills, learn new processes, and discover ways to make your work more efficient. Designed specifically for administrative workers working in Indigenous settings, this Micro-Credential will teach you to create, edit, share, and collaborate on a variety of administrative documents. You will build a strong file management foundation; improve your skills with Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook; and learn effective communication strategies for a busy office environment. At the close of the Micro-Credential, you will put your skills together in a capstone project that integrates the skills you have learned throughout the course. All projects are based on real-world examples from the administrative offices of local Nations, Indigenous educational institutions, and businesses.
