Course Description

Well-being practices for leaders are essential to ensure you maintain your physical, mental, and emotional health, positively impacting your leadership abilities and the overall success of your organization. The COVID-19 pandemic increased recognition of the mental health implications in the workplace. For leaders, this entails a dual responsibility. Firstly, recognizing and addressing our well-being is essential to ensuring we perform at our best. Secondly, comprehending and offering support to team members facing various challenges in their daily well-being is equally vital. Effective leadership necessitates developing a strong strategy combining humility, courage, and compassion.

Wherever participants may be located, the online three-day facilitated Micro-Credential in Well-being Practices for Leaders is designed for all leadership levels who desire to improve their own workplace well-being and bring well-being to their team.  Learners will gain the tools to grow and positively impact their workplace. Peer collaboration and practical and theoretical guidance form the foundation of the course, and participants are encouraged to share their well-being practices.
