Course Description

Welcome to our virtual classroom! In this information session, you will discover that this course is offered in partnership with ASCM Western Canada Chapter, we will also explain what is ASCM how this entry-level learning program, Basics of Supply Chain Management combines key concepts from the ASCM/APICS Foundations of Supply Chain Management body of knowledge. This course covers the basics, including definitions and problem solving, and a review of these concepts in actions and how these affect the firm's ability to compete in the marketplace. Key concepts are introduced for planning and controlling the flow of products and services into and out of an organization.

The ASCM instructor, Oscar Hinojosa and an advisor will be answering questions to set you up for a successful experience.

Requirements:

This class will be via a zoom virtual meeting software. Please ensure you have a working microphone, camera, and internet access. This is so that you can interact with the instructor.
