Course Description

Requirements gathering is used to plan, elicit, analyze, integrate and model business requirements into product and service solutions and designs. Models provide the visual representation of requirements that convey information in a concise and understandable manner. By using a combination of collaborative elicitation, requirement analysis and visual models, a framework is established to ask relevant questions, receive insightful answers, present information and analyze and validate stakeholder groups' results to establish their needs and solutions to their business problem or opportunity.

In this course, students explore techniques and practices used to gather requirements and identify and understand the levels of requirements that define a solution scope.
