Course Description

This Transport Canada Block Credit Approved course is designed to advance the fundamental meteorological theory by interpreting the synoptic weather charts, understanding the characteristics of the Tropical Revolving Storm (TRS) and understanding the ocean current systems as well as formation of sea and swell waves. This course is necessary for candidates working towards their chief mate or certificate or higher COCs.
