Course Description: 

Improve skills, learn new processes, and discover ways to make your work more efficient.  Designed specifically for administrative workers working in Indigenous settings, this micro-credential will teach you to create, edit, share, and collaborate on a variety of administrative documents.  You’ll build a strong file management foundation; improve your skills with Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook; and learn effective communication strategies for a busy office environment.  At the close of the course, you’ll put your skills together in a capstone project that integrates the skills you’ve learned throughout the course.  All projects are based on real-world examples from the administrative offices of local Nations, Indigenous educational institutions, and businesses.

• Integrate office etiquette and Indigenous protocols into the workplace
