Course Description

Lean Six Sigma is a business approach that seeks to eliminate waste and defects to create more efficient processes.  Though it’s common in fields like manufacturing and supply chain management, every field from healthcare to construction can benefit from this philosophy.
This online, asynchronous, low-cost micro-credential will teach you the basics of Lean and how you can apply it to your work and your workplace, to find places where your everyday processes could be faster, smoother and more efficient.
