The online Micro-Credential course offers a flexible learning experience, combining synchronous and asynchronous elements. Here's what you can expect:

Self-Study

Our asynchronous online learning component provides a comprehensive and well-structured exploration of course modules, allowing participants to delve into the material at their own pace before the live sessions. The content is presented with clarity, supplemented by a variety of resources, including articles, videos, and additional materials. Upon completing the online self-study, learners will be thoroughly prepared to actively engage in profound discussions and activities during the subsequent live interactive sessions.

Interactive Zoom Sessions

Two days of live interactive Zoom sessions serve as a dynamic platform that breathes life into the course content. In these sessions, students will actively interact with the instructor, fellow participants, and the course material through discussions, group activities, case studies, and reflective exercises. This is where theory seamlessly merges with practical application, fostering an environment where students are encouraged to share their insights, pose questions, and challenge preconceived notions. Active participation in these real-time sessions not only refines students' comprehension of the weekly topic but also cultivates critical thinking and collaborative problem-solving skills, which can be directly applied to professional practice.

You are required to complete 3 hours of self-study prior to attending the scheduled Zoom sessions and 3 hours following them.

This program has no prerequisites. A commitment to participate in all sessions is highly encouraged for a successful outcome.
