  • Create a work breakdown structure
  • Estimate resource requirements
  • Assign resources to tasks
  • Apply the critical path method
  • Develop a realistic, optimized project schedule
  • Develop a complete project budget
  • Explain risk management processes
  • Plan a risk management approach
  • Create a risk register
