The Restricted Operator Certificate - Maritime Commercial (ROC-MC) is intended for mariners, serving on compulsorily fitted commercial ships within the North American A1 Sea Area, as defined in Radio Aids to Marine Navigation. The ROC-MC is modeled on the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers,1978, as amended (STCW 95 Regulation IV/2).

Tuition non-credit $700.00 or $500.00 deposit

A non-refundable, non-transferable $500 registration deposit is now an option for Nautical courses. The remaining tuition is due thirty (30) calendar days prior to the start date of the course.  If the course is dropped the deposit will not be refunded.  

If a course is paid in full at the time of registration and dropped prior to one week before the start date a full refund is available. To drop a course paid in full please contact prosit@camosun.ca.
