Course Description

All organizations prioritize. In order to shape the future course of a business, strategy analysis is used to understand all aspects of the business - the strategic, tactical and operational. Strategy analysis helps to align the business strategy to the tactical and operational environment, enabling transformative organizational change.

Effective strategy analysis seeks to answer not only the "how" of a solution, but the "what" and the "why."  This course enables students to partner with stakeholders to discover, understand, collaborate and establish specific business needs that reflect the future direction of the organization. Students also consider ways to understand the current business state, define the future state, establish the risk and change approach requirements and consider ways to measure solution performance.
